Keep sakes

Take someones handwriting, even one as scruffy as mine and it can be engraved. Childrens messages and their handwriting (or iggly wiggly squiddlies) or lovers words captured forever in most instances in recovered timber.

Heart on a sleeper. 6 inches high made from light oak recovered from a drop leaf table thought to have been originally made in the late 1800s. The original timber used would have been air dried over a year and cut from a tree in the regions of 100 years old. That makes this heart in the regions of over 300 years old already.
